Welcome to Online Enrollment

ING's Online Enrollment has been designed for easy enrollment into your employer's retirement plan. It allows for easy navigation, which lets you find help when you need it, while providing high levels of privacy and security via the use of a secured browser. The Legal & Privacy link provides you information regarding the steps ING has taken to safeguard your account information.

Enrollment Materials: : Before initiating the enrollment process, carefully review your entire enrollment kit including the investment and disclosure materials. You will need your Social Security Number, Employer's Plan Number, and Kit Number (if applicable) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to enroll.

Enrollment Process:Once the enrollment process is complete, you will have the opportunity to review and confirm your entries prior to submitting your enrollment information to ING. Written confirmation of your enrollment will be mailed to your home address. The confirmation will incude instructions for changing your PIN. It's recommended that you change your PIN once you receive this confirmation.

Payroll Authorization and/or Beneficiary Designation Form: In addition to completing the online enrollment process, your employer may require that you complete a payroll deduction/authorization form and/or beneficiary designation form.

Technical Requirements: Access to online enrollment requires a secure World Wide Web browser, such as Netscape Navigator (version 4.0 or later) or Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.01 or later). For your convenience, links to the respective companies are provided. Please use the Previous and Continue buttons provided within the Online Enrollment application rather than your browser's forward and back buttons.
